For overseas orders (Outside the UK), and for items that are imported into the UK, customs fees may be payable. Whilst this is not every time an item delivers, it is possible.

Who pays the customs charge?

The purchaser of the item is responsible for any customs duty payable on items. Unfortunately, we cannot cover fees for items that are ordered from our store and shipped outside mainland UK.

How much will my customs fee be?

The amount of duty payable will vary from country to country, and on the value of the item purchased. Whilst we cannot provide an accurate figure, most customs fees are no more than £20 - £50 on item such as spoilers and low value goods. The customs fees will be higher on higher value goods.

Unpaid customs duties

In most cases, a courier will contact you before delivery with details on how to pay a customs charge. The courier will typically allow 3 working days before returning to sender. If an item returns, a repayment of shipping may be required to re-ship your item to you. If we are able to get a repayment of this from the courier, we will notify you.

Refusing to pay customs

If you refuse to pay the customs on your order, the courier will charge a return fee + surcharge for the handling and return of your items. This will be charged to you, and deducted from any refund owed. We strongly advise against refusing customs, and recommend that you pay, and then dispute the charge with the courier if you believe it to be incorrect.

If an item is disposed of by the courier due to refusing customs, you will be responsible for the loss of the goods and may not be entitled to a refund.
