2. What Is Included in Your Purchase
2.1 Included Component
Your purchase includes the steering wheel base only, being the part mounted to the vehicle’s steering column.
2.2 Excluded Components
The following items are not included unless explicitly stated:
Your original trims, controls, paddles, and airbag are designed to be reused and remain compatible with the supplied wheel.
2.3 Optional Add-Ons
Optional items such as trim pieces or airbag covers may be available. Customers are responsible for reviewing all selected options prior to checkout.

4.1 Lead Time Estimates
All steering wheels are custom made. Estimated production and delivery times range between 3 and 16 weeks, depending on:

4.2 Production Process
Each steering wheel undergoes a multi-stage process including sourcing, preparation, production, finishing, inspection, and dispatch. Every wheel is handmade and quality checked prior to shipment.

Orders involving LED displays or specialist carbon fibre may require additional production time.
5. Specifications & Customer Responsibility
5.1 Specification Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all selected specifications are correct before placing an order.
5.2 Standard Shaping
All steering wheels are manufactured with sports shaping as standard unless otherwise specified.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
6.1 Custom-Made Products
All steering wheels are made to order. In accordance with consumer regulations for bespoke goods, custom-made items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
6.2 Return Authorisation
Any request to cancel or return an order must be submitted and approved by our team before returning the item.
6.3 Unauthorised Returns
Items returned without prior approval may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
6.4 Approved Cancellations & Fees
Where a cancellation or return is approved, a 30% deduction will be applied to cover materials, labour, and customisation costs.
Approval of cancellations is at our discretion and may depend on the production stage and specification of the order.
6.5 Agreement to Terms
By placing an order for a custom steering wheel, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
7. Faulty Products & Warranty
7.1 Reporting Faults
Any faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made outside this period may not be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
7.2 Inspection on Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect their steering wheel immediately upon receipt and notify us of any concerns as soon as possible.
7.3 Warranty Limitations
The following are considered wear and tear items and are not covered under warranty:

7.4 LED Warranty
LED steering wheel displays are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. Any issues within this period should be reported to our support team.
Additional Product Production & Delivery Times Information
The production and delivery of the steering wheel can be between 3 and 16 weeks. Steering wheels that are submitted are subject to longer lead times. This Varys depending on availability, and on the specification of the chosen wheel. Each and every steering wheel is handmade, and thoroughly checked for quality and durability before dispatch to our customers. When a steering wheel is high in demand, or is custom, estimated dates are subject to change.
