Headlight & Tail Light Fitment Policy

By purchasing headlights or tail lights from our website, you agree to the following fitment, warranty, and return conditions.

Returns & Installed Products

  • Once headlights or tail lights have been installed, returns are not accepted unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.

  • All fault claims are subject to inspection and testing prior to approval.

Vehicle Compatibility & Warning Messages

  • On select vehicle models, the Low Beam or High Beam may display a dashboard warning or error message after installation.

  • This is not a product defect and is caused by the vehicle’s electrical monitoring system.

  • Some vehicles may require coding or programming to remove these warnings. This is not covered under warranty or fitment guarantees. Advice is available prior to purchase. Please contact our team.

Fitment & Plug Compatibility

  • Headlights and tail lights are designed to fit specific vehicle models and variants.

  • All plugs must match your vehicle to ensure correct fitment and operation.

  • We offer a Fitment Guarantee on all headlights and tail lights when the correct vehicle details are provided at the time of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • Selected headlight and tail light ranges include a 1-year warranty, where stated.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Any modification, including cutting wires, altering connectors, or modifying the lights, will void the warranty.

  • Warranty is non-transferrable between new owners.

Wiring & Modifications

  • Custom wiring looms can be made for certain vehicle models upon request.

  • Additional costs and lead times of up to 8 weeks apply.

Plug & Play Definition

  • “Plug & Play” refers to the physical connection and basic operation of the headlights or tail lights.

  • Plug & Play does not guarantee the absence of error messages or that additional coding will not be required.

Installation Responsibility

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, vehicle coding, or modifications made after purchase.

  • We may be able to offer installation services in house.
