Forge Motorsport Recirculating Valve for Toyota Yaris GR Turbo
The Forge Motorsport Recirculating Valve is specifically designed for the Toyota Yaris GR Turbo engine with the electronically controlled bypass valve (OE Part no. 7.04654.08). This valve is recommended for vehicles that have undergone an ECU software upgrade to increase boost pressure, as well as for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates. It serves as a solution to the common failures that occur with the stock valve.
Unlike the stock valve, the Forge Motorsport valve is piston-based and made of all-aluminium billet construction. This eliminates the possibility of diaphragm failure and ensures improved reliability. The valve replaces the original unit and retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation.
The Forge Motorsport Recirculating Valve is available in two options: Atmospheric, which produces a noise when the throttle is lifted, and Factory type non-noise recirculating valve.
The package includes the FMDV34 Valve, 2.5m of 4mm Vacuum Tube, 4mm Brass T-piece, 3 port Solenoid and fixings, Cable Ties, Uprated Red Spring, Wiring loom, Forge USB Instructions, Forge Keyring, and Sticker.
