TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Diversion Stores Limited, trading as Diversion Automotive (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Acceptance of these terms

2.1 By entering this prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all paid, complimentary purchase-related and postal entries.

2.3 This promotion is a prize draw with both paid and free entry routes. No purchase is necessary.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The prize draw is open only to residents of Great Britain, comprising England, Scotland and Wales, who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

3.2 Residents of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not eligible to enter.

3.3 Employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, members of their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw may not enter.

3.4 The Promoter may request evidence of an entrant’s age, identity and address before accepting an entry or awarding the prize.

3.5 Use of false, incomplete or misleading information will result in the affected entries being disqualified.

4. Promotion period

4.1 The prize draw opens at 12:00am on Wednesday 26 August 2026.

4.2 Paid and complimentary purchase-related entries close at 11:59pm on Sunday 30 August 2026.

4.3 Postal entries must be posted during the promotion period and must bear a postmark dated no later than 30 August 2026.

4.4 Valid postal entries received at the Promoter’s address by 5:00pm on Friday 4 September 2026 will be included in the draw.

4.5 Entries submitted or posted outside the applicable entry period will not be accepted.

5. Paid online entry

5.1 Entrants may purchase entries through the relevant competition listing on the Diversion Automotive website.

5.2 Each paid entry costs £1 and provides one entry into the draw.

5.3 The number of entries selected must be checked carefully before payment. The Promoter is not responsible for entries purchased accidentally because an entrant entered an incorrect quantity.

5.4 A paid entry is valid only once payment has been successfully received and the entrant has received confirmation of the order.

5.5 An entrant’s name and contact details must be accurate and complete.

6. Complimentary entries with purchases

6.1 Entrants will receive one complimentary entry for each qualifying product purchased from the Diversion Automotive website between 12:00am on 26 August and 11:59pm on 30 August 2026.

6.2 Competition entries, gift cards, delivery charges, workshop labour and services do not constitute qualifying products.

6.3 The normal selling price and quality of qualifying products will not be increased, reduced or otherwise changed to reflect the opportunity to enter.

6.4 Complimentary entries will be issued only for genuine, successfully paid product orders.

6.5 If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, charged back or identified as fraudulent before the draw takes place, any complimentary entries arising from that purchase may be withdrawn.

6.6 An entrant does not have to make a purchase because the postal entry route described below is also available.

7. Free postal entry

7.1 Entrants may enter without purchasing an entry by sending their entry using ordinary Second Class post.

7.2 Each postal entry must clearly state:

The entrant’s full name;
Date of birth;
Full residential address;
Email address;
Telephone number; and
The competition title: “Kärcher K4 & Stjärna Detailing Bundle”.

7.3 Postal entries must be sent on a postcard or inside a correctly stamped envelope to:

7.4 Only one entry may be submitted in each envelope or on each postcard.

7.5 Entrants may submit multiple postal entries, but every entry must be completed and posted separately. Entries sent together in one envelope will be treated as one entry.

7.6 Postal entries must use ordinary post. Entries do not need to be sent by recorded delivery, signed-for delivery, Special Delivery or any premium postal service.

7.7 The Promoter is not responsible for postal entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, illegible, incomplete, insufficiently stamped or delivered to an incorrect address.

7.8 Proof of posting is not proof that an entry was received. Entrants are nevertheless advised to retain proof of posting.

7.9 No acknowledgement or confirmation of receipt will be issued for postal entries.

7.10 Every valid postal entry will be entered into the same draw and will have the same chance of winning as every valid paid or complimentary entry. The winner-selection system will not distinguish between entry methods.

8. Entry restrictions

8.1 Automated, bulk-generated, third-party, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise manipulated entries are prohibited.

8.2 Entries made using another person’s identity or payment details without permission will be disqualified.

8.3 The Promoter may disqualify entries where it reasonably believes that an entrant has:

Breached these Terms and Conditions;
Attempted to manipulate or interfere with the draw;
Used fraudulent payment information;
Supplied false information; or
Acted abusively toward the Promoter, its staff or other entrants.

8.4 Disqualification will not affect any statutory rights the entrant may have.

9. The prize

9.1 There is one prize consisting of:

One new and sealed Kärcher K4 Pressure Washer;
One Stjärna Schakksack Boot Bag;
One 1L bottle of Först Pre-Wash;
One 1L bottle of Glatt Protective Rinse Aid;
One 1L bottle of Hjul Fallout Remover;
One 500ml bottle of Glas Glass Cleaner;
One 500ml bottle of Silke Gloss-Enhancing Detailer;
One 500ml bottle of Bubblor Car Shampoo;
Six hanging air fresheners; and
One snow-foam lance.

9.2 The total advertised retail value of the prize is £345 as at the opening date.

9.3 The prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another product at the winner’s request.

9.4 If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, it may be replaced with an item of equal or greater value. The Promoter will not substitute the advertised prize merely because it would be more convenient or less expensive to do so.

9.5 Product warranties supplied by the relevant manufacturers will apply where available. Nothing in these terms excludes the winner’s statutory rights relating to the prize.

10. Winner selection

10.1 After the postal-entry receipt deadline, every valid entry will be allocated an entry number and entered into the same draw.

10.2 The winner will be selected at random using a verifiably random computer process. Evidence of the random selection process will be retained by the Promoter.

10.3 If a verifiably random computer process is not used, the draw will be conducted by or under the supervision of an independent person.

10.4 The draw will take place after 5:00pm on Friday 4 September 2026.

10.5 Purchasing more entries may increase an entrant’s numerical chance of winning, but it does not guarantee a prize.

10.6 The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the draw is final. This does not prevent an entrant from exercising any legal rights they may have.

11. Winner notification and verification

11.1 The provisional winner will be contacted using the telephone number or email address supplied with their entry, normally within two working days of the draw.

11.2 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winner.

11.3 The provisional winner must respond within seven days of the first notification and provide any reasonable evidence required to verify their identity, age, address and eligibility.

11.4 The prize will not be awarded until the winner’s eligibility has been verified.

11.5 If the provisional winner:

Cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts;
Does not respond within seven days;
Is found to be ineligible;
Has supplied incorrect information; or
Refuses or is unable to accept the prize,

the Promoter may withdraw the prize and conduct a further random draw from the remaining valid entries.

11.6 The Promoter will not require the winner to make any payment to receive the prize.

12. Delivery or collection

12.1 The prize may be collected from the Promoter’s premises or delivered to a valid mainland Great Britain address, as agreed with the winner.

12.2 Standard delivery of the prize to a mainland Great Britain address will be arranged at the Promoter’s cost.

12.3 The winner must provide any information reasonably required to arrange delivery.

12.4 The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to provide the prize within 30 days of the winner accepting it and completing verification.

12.5 The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control but will keep the winner reasonably informed.

13. Publication of winner information

13.1 To demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, the Promoter may make the winner’s surname and county available to anyone who submits a reasonable request within three months of the draw.

13.2 An entrant may object to their surname or county being published or request that the amount of information published be reduced. The winner should notify the Promoter when accepting the prize.

13.3 The Promoter may still be required to provide the winner’s information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator upon request.

13.4 Photographs, videos, testimonials or social-media content featuring the winner will be used for marketing only with the winner’s separate permission. Agreeing to such marketing is not a condition of entry or receiving the prize.

14. Personal information

14.1 Personal information supplied by entrants will be used to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the prize, prevent fraud and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

14.2 Competition information will not be used to send unrelated electronic marketing unless the entrant has separately and freely consented to receive it.

14.3 Marketing consent is not a condition of entering or winning.

14.4 Personal information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the draw or deliver the prize, and with regulators where legally required.

14.5 Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data-protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at:

15. Cancellation or changes

15.1 The Promoter will not cancel the prize draw, change its closing date or amend these Terms and Conditions unless circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

15.2 Any necessary change will be limited to what is reasonably required and will not unfairly disadvantage entrants.

15.3 Material changes will be communicated clearly through the original competition listing and any other appropriate channels.

15.4 If the prize draw is cancelled and the prize is not awarded, the Promoter will refund the price paid for valid paid entries. Complimentary and postal entries have no cash value and will not give rise to a monetary refund.

15.5 The prize draw is not dependent upon selling any minimum number of paid entries. The advertised prize will still be awarded if fewer paid entries are received than anticipated, unless the promotion is lawfully cancelled because of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

16. Technical problems

16.1 The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not successfully completed because of a technical fault, website failure, communications failure or incorrect information supplied by an entrant.

16.2 If a technical problem materially affects the fairness or integrity of the draw, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to correct the problem and conduct the draw fairly.

17. Liability

17.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17.2 Subject to clause 17.1, the Promoter is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

17.3 Nothing in these terms limits an entrant’s statutory consumer rights.

18. General provisions

18.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

18.2 A delay in enforcing any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

18.3 These Terms and Conditions constitute the rules governing this specific prize draw and should be read alongside the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

18.4 The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Kärcher, Stjärna, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social-media platform on which it is advertised.

19. Governing law

19.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

19.2 Entrants living in Scotland retain the benefit of any mandatory protections available under Scottish law and may bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable.

19.3 The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right an entrant has to bring proceedings elsewhere in Great Britain.
