Motordrome Made-to-Order Policy

At Motordrome, all of our products are custom-made to order to ensure the highest quality and precision. Each item is crafted according to your specifications and is not mass-produced.

Estimated Lead Time

• Lead Time: Please note that Motordrome items are made to order and typically have an estimated lead time of 2 to 6 weeks for production and preparation before shipping.
• Delays: While we strive to meet this timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will communicate any significant changes to the estimated delivery time.

Cancellation Policy

• 15% Cancellation Fee: Once an order is placed, a 15% cancellation fee will apply if you choose to cancel the order. This fee covers the cost of materials and labour that may already have been initiated.
