This Big-Pack includes both do88 performance intercooler and pipe kit.
This kit is for you with high horsepower goals and want to upgrade to the absolutely best! Just changing to our performance intercooler is a big improvement, together with our pressure pipe kit the improvement is huge! Our pressure pipes have considerably better airflow than stock piping, verified by several tests both in car and in our own Super-Flow SF-1020 flow bench.
Advantages with do88 Big-Pack (OEM intercooler/pipes):
- Greater core volume: 8767 cm3 (4763 cm3), 84% larger!
- Larger active cooling area , 1753 cm2 vs 595 cm 194% bigger!
- Air flow at 0,15bar/2,18psi pressure drop: 264 CFM (232 CFM), do88 14% higher!
- The pipe has one methanol injection connection (1/8 -27 NPT). The pipe is delivered with blanking plug in this connection.
This kit has an additional option available:
You can choose to add the upgraded do88 Turbo Muffler Delete for further performance increase. If this option is not selected, the kit will be compatible with the OE/stock turbo muffler.
The Big-Pack includes a full aluminium performance intercooler and a complete 2,5” pipe kit and silicone hoses. This Big-Pack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, hence the drastic improvement in airflow and cooling performance.
The do88 performance intercooler is an all-aluminium construction. With CAD-designed, flow optimized cast end tanks along with an optimized core design, it achieves the best possible cooling efficiency combined with lowest possible pressure drop!
The pressure pipes are manufactured in 2,5” mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipes. Custom made high quality silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement. These hoses can handle very high temperature and pressure!
Always remember that the OEM intercooler was designed for the power level the car was built for originally. A power increase or even very hard use of the car in standard version, may cause the OEM intercooler not having the performance that you need. So only after an engine software tune the do88 Big-Pack will give a performance increase over the OEM intercooler!
